Introduction to Sports Massage

This 2 day workshop is open to anyone wanting to learn basic hands-on skills in sports massage. The workshop is very hands-on and you will learn how to apply good, safe and effective sports massage techniques.

Ideal for personal trainers, massage therapists, physiotherapists, and anyone with an interest in sports massage. Whilst it is not a practitioner level workshop, it can be used for those going on to take the AHG diploma level courses.  It is also useful for massage therapists looking to gain additional skills, but who do not require a full qualification.
