Self Exploration Retreat

For the past 10 years Christian and Richard have been working with teachers across the world to uncover more of the understanding about what it means to be human.

Christian has been researching and uncovering more about indigenous science, natural law, trauma epigenetics, Tantra and Kundalini energy. Now a keen runner, he is mastering the moving posture and re-initiating firing patterns. He has also been working deeply with plant medicines, and as a trained Internal Family Systems, Comprehensive Resource Model, Quantum Touch, Reiki, Sekhem (Japanese and Egyptian energy healing lineages) and Quantum Liberation practitioner and sound therapist but at the core of his work his beliefs are still that most of the answers we need to find lie in the musculoskeletal and fascial systems.
