Self Exploration Retreat

For the past 10 years Christian and Richard have been working with teachers across the world to uncover more of the understanding about what it means to be human.

Christian has been researching and uncovering more about indigenous science, natural law, trauma epigenetics, Tantra and Kundalini energy. Now a keen runner, he is mastering the moving posture and re-initiating firing patterns. He has also been working deeply with plant medicines, and as a trained Internal Family Systems, Comprehensive Resource Model, Quantum Touch, Reiki, Sekhem (Japanese and Egyptian energy healing lineages) and Quantum Liberation practitioner and sound therapist but at the core of his work his beliefs are still that most of the answers we need to find lie in the musculoskeletal and fascial systems.

For the last 10 months Christian has taken a back seat from the school and clinic in order to really digest the past few years of upgraded research and with weekly consultations between Christian and Richard, together they have found what they believe to be the next level of clients evolving needs and the next steps to re-develop the Active Health training experience. This retreat is a taster of one of the many arms they intend to build under the Active Health Group brand.

The event will take place at Active Health Group premises on Lever Street in Manchester. Bring your sleeping bag and ear plugs and immerse yourself into a communal space, held with your best interests overseen.
