COURSE OVERVIEW
This course is designed to give the Pilates Instructor a higher level of skills and knowledge in Mat Based Pilates as well as the skills to use Pilates as an effective Clinical Rehabilitation* tool for clients.
It's a blended learning course, with most of the theoretical elements delivered online, with a mixture of assignments, video lectures and powerpoints. The practical side of the course is delivered over 3 or 4 days**, in order to teach the hands on and observational skills that are vital for the Pilates Practitioner. Practical sessions are limited to classes of 12 students.
PREREQUISITES

Level 3 Pilates.
*If you wish to attend the extra module in Clinical Pilates, you will need to have a sports therapy qualification in addition to Level 3 Pilates.

21st/22nd October; 18th November + **19th November 2024
** If you just require the Level 4 Mat Based Pilates, you will attend 3 days, if you require the additional Clinical Diploma, you will attend 4 days.

DURATION
3 or 4 days in class plus homework, assignments, and case studies. From the first day in class to completion you have 12 months to complete the course. Your practical assessment will be via video submission and must be completed within 6 months of your practical workshop completion.
