Soft tissue manipulation covers a range of treatments which aim to improve the mobility of stiff, immobile muscles and those with poor circulation due to inactivity or increased tension. It is also used to help mobilise scar tissue, thereby preventing long-term recurrence of inflammation and injuries.

On this practical one day workshop we will be covering Soft Tissue Release and Soft Tissue Mobilisation techniques.

Entry Requirements: This workshop is suitable for all manual therapists (massage, remedial, sports) and bodyworkers/manual therapists.
