    Sports Psychology is the study of how psychology influences sports, athletic performance, exercise and physical activity. Some sports psychologists work with professional athletes and coaches to improve performance and increase motivation.

    As Sports Therapists, part of our remit is to work with our clients motivation, fears and belief systems.   We utilise some aspects of psychology to achieve this.

    To use the title Sports Psychologist you need to be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council as it is a protected title.  This workshop will give you skills to use in your everyday working life, however, you cannot use the title Sports Psychologist.
