The objective of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and understanding to deliver personalised care as part of a health coaching programme, in order to promote the health and wellbeing of individuals, groups and communities.

The qualification is mapped against the learning outcomes included in the core capabilities, to enable and support people and the health coaching and community-based support sections of the Personalised Care Institute curriculum.

This course has been developed to suit the needs of practictioners working in the NHS, such as GP's, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Health Care Assistants, and others wishing to use Health Coaching with their patients.
