ABOUT THE COURSE

Are you interested in helping others with their health issues and goals? Would you like to be at the forefront of Health Coaching? Our Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching is for you! This course gives you the broadest scope of practice available for Health Coaches in the industry to enable you to work with a wider range of clients, as a Health and Nutrition Coach.

This course also contains comprehensive coaching, stress, management, and weight loss modules to give your clients the best Health Coaching support available.

Level 5 is the equivalent educational level to a UK Foundation Degree, and this course also covers research, critical analysis, and academic writing, for those who may be new to higher-level education or have not studied for a while.

The total qualification time for this course is 620 hours.​  You have up to 18 months to complete the course.

Assessment for this course is via written assignments, 25 hours of coaching case study practice, and 5 hours of mentoring case study practice, which can be completed on Zoom or similar systems.  80% attendance on live teaching sessions is required.  Our live teaching sessions are held on Thursday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm.

COURSE DELIVERY METHOD

This is a self-paced online course (apart from the course expiry, we do not give you assignment deadlines), delivered on our AHG Online Academy site.  With a combination of e-books, videos, plus pre-recorded lectures, and weekly live Zoom classes, we cover all learning styles.   You also get access to our private member's group, and online study groups to ensure you are kept as motivated as possible.  Our students get the opportunity to join our Alumni free of charge after graduation and access our business mentoring programme, plus keep access to the course, live sessions, resources, and free CPD!​   You have up to 18 months to complete the course.

Our course covers the UKIHCA requirements and delivers two scopes of practice, in both Health Coaching and Nutrition Coaching.
