This year marks a significant milestone, 25 years of Active Health Group's dedication to integrative health, education, and holistic healing. To celebrate this remarkable journey, we invite you to join us for a two-day event at the iconic and soul-stirring Monastery Manchester: an evening of inspiration and connection, followed by a full-day wellness conference showcasing diverse and powerful pathways to healing and transformation.
Set within the sacred architecture of The Monastery, a sanctuary for wellbeing and reflection, this event is both a celebration and a call to action for those passionate about the future of integrative health.

Saturday 11th October | 9:00am to 5:00pm
On Day 2, we gather health professionals, wellness practitioners, therapists, educators, and curious minds to explore how integrative and complementary approaches can reshape health and healing in the modern world.
What to Expect
A dynamic programme blending evidence-informed talks with hands-on wellness interludes and time to connect, rest, and explore.
Visionary keynote and speaker sessions covering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
Experiential interludes: Seated Pilates, an energising post-lunch EFT session, and guided movement/rest practices.
Wellness Corner: a dedicated space where you can explore modalities such as red light therapy, pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, chair massage, and other biohacking tools to relax, reset, and rejuvenate.

Dr Rosy Daniel
Integrative Medicine Consultant
Dr Rosy Daniel studied medicine in Cardiff and General Practice in Bristol. She then studied the holistic approach to health during 15 years as first Doctor, then Medical Director and Chief Executive at the pioneering Bristol Cancer Help Centre (now Penny Brohn Cancer Care).
Izabella Natrins
UKIHCA CEO, Health Research Psychologist
Izabella Natrins is CEO of the UK and International Health Coaching Association and a qualified UKHCA-approved nutrition and lifestyle medicine health coach, nutritional chef, international speaker, and author.

Beth combines clinical expertise with a deep commitment to compassion, bridging the worlds of health, social care, and integrative therapies. Her work highlights the vital role of touch in holistic care and the importance of safeguarding in every setting.
