Booking Deposit
Due to the limited number of places available on our practical face-to-face training, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
 
As class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure a high-quality learning experience, each booking reserves one of a very limited number of spaces. Once your place has been confirmed, it is removed from general availability and may prevent another learner from attending.
 
For this reason, the booking deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel or no longer be able to attend.
 
If, in exceptional circumstances, Active Health Group has to cancel or reschedule the training and an alternative date is not suitable, your deposit will be refunded in full.
 
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these booking terms.
 
The remaining course fee is payable at least 4 weeks prior to the practical training date. Failure to pay the balance by the specified deadline may result in your place being released, with the deposit remaining non-refundable.
