A practical one-day introduction to Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), with some home study before the course.

MLD is a gentle massage technique that can be used to activate and invigorate the lymphatic system allowing it to function more optimally. Its uses though are far-reaching, helping clients with fibromyalgia, Parkinsons, ME, MS, lymphoedema, lipoedema and many others. On this workshop, you will be learning short protocols for the head and neck, chest, abdomen, and limbs, plus the use of kinesiology tape to enhance lymphatic flow.

A level 3 massage qualification is a minimum prior learning requirement for this course. It is an ideal complement to the Oncology Massage course and useful for anyone who deals with acute injuries, surgical rehabilitation, or chronic conditions.  **If you have a level 3 massage/sports massage qualification, you will be able to attend this workshop, however, you will have to complete 2.5-hour online video lessons before the workshop, so please book in advance.**
