​We offer three levels of coaching and mentoring courses.  Our Level 3 Award is an an online foundational training course designed specifically for individuals who are integrating coaching and mentoring into their work or volunteer activities.  Our Level 5 Certificate  is an ideal qualification for managers with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring as part of their day-to-day role.  It is designed to develop learners planning to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach and mentor.

At level 5 we also have the Level 5 Certificate in Business Coaching and Mentoring which is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their skills in guiding businesses towards achieving their strategic goals. This comprehensive programme equips participants with advanced techniques and methodologies essential for effective business coaching and mentoring

Our courses are fully online, via e-books, audio, video, and webinars, and you can work through them at your own pace.   ​
